Reading With Your Child: Making It a Habit
13 February 2026
Reading together is one of the most meaningful gifts you can give your child. It does not require a special setup or hours of free time — just consistency and presence.
Start with five minutes before bed. Let your child choose the book. Read slowly, point at the pictures, ask open questions. Over time, these small moments become a cherished ritual.
The goal is not to teach reading — it is to develop a love for stories, for language, for the quiet companionship of a book.
