The Quiet Power of Bedtime Duas
22 February 2026
There is a stillness at bedtime that opens a door. The day is done, the world is quiet, and a child's heart is soft and receptive. This is the perfect moment for dua.
We do not aim for long, complex supplications. A simple "Bismika Allahumma amutu wa ahya" is enough. What matters is the consistency and the tenderness of the moment.
Over time, our children have started initiating their own duas — whispering their own words into the darkness. That, for us, is everything.
